Strawberry Jam. YUM YUM YUM. I didn't let the good buy on strawberries pass by this year. I bought them last Monday night, cleaned and chopped them, and then on Tue night I made jam(a double batch). We all have been eating PB&J all week, 3 meals a day!!!(well not that much-but close). Out of 12 jars, I'm down to 4!! Time to buy more!! Anyways, I love to bottle and to hear all the lids "POP" when they seal. Can't wait to get a garden going and start the canning season. (Sorry about the double image--computer difficulties)

Well, it was appropriate since you did a double batch. I need the hook up I guess. I would love to do some jam. Hmmm, we'll see. I still have quite a bit of plum/raspberry jam that we did last year.
